By booking a skydive with Skydive OC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
All bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. The non-refundable rate requires a $50 deposit with the balance due on jump day. The refundable rate requires full payment upfront.
Non-Refundable Rate: The $50 deposit is non-refundable. However, we will reschedule your jump at no charge with reasonable notice.
Refundable Rate: Full refund available if cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Weather cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Participants must be in good general health and free from conditions that may be aggravated by skydiving. A full list of medical contraindications will be provided at check-in.
All participants are required to sign a standard skydiving waiver before participating. Skydiving is an extreme sport that carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Skydiving is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule jumps due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule your jump at no additional charge.
By participating in a skydive at Skydive OC, you grant us the right to use any photos or videos taken during your jump for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
